ST New Research: Reorganization investors provide 1.589 billion yuan in funding.

ST New Research Announcement: Based on the existing total share capital of 1.496 billion shares, New Research Corporation will implement a capital reserve fund increase of 12 shares for every 10 shares held, totaling 1.795 billion shares. After the increase, the total share capital of New Research Corporation will increase to 3.29 billion shares. The exact number of shares to be increased will be based on the actual registration confirmation by the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch. The aforementioned 1.795 billion shares of increased stock will not be distributed to original shareholders. Among the increased shares, industrial investors will acquire 500 million shares at a price of 1.3 yuan per share, paying a total of 650 million yuan for restructuring investment; financial investors will acquire a total of 935 million shares at a price of 1.7 yuan per share, paying a total of 1.589 billion yuan for restructuring investment; 360 million shares will be used to settle debts of New Research Corporation and Sichuan Xinhang Titanium.
