Boya Bio announced that on December 12, 2025, its shareholder Gao Tejia Entrepreneurship Investment Group Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen released the pledge of 450,000 unrestricted circulating shares held by the company, accounting for 0.09% of the total share capital of the company. On the same day, Ronghua Investment pledged 950,000 unrestricted circulating shares it holds to Zhuhai Branch of Xiamen International Bank Co., Ltd. for financing, accounting for 0.19% of the total share capital of the company.
