Mr. Zhao will also be appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer of the company from March 30, 2026, to succeed Mr. Cai Zhiwei, the current Group Chief Financial Officer and Group Chief Investment Officer of the company. Following the changes, Mr. Cai will continue to serve as the Group Chief Investment Officer and an executive director of the board.
