The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinjiang Tianfu Tianyuan Gas Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianyuan Gas"), acquired 100% equity of Chengtong Oil and Gas Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengtong Oil and Gas") for a cash consideration of 21.4929 million yuan.
