The registered capital is 68 million yuan, and the business scope includes civil aircraft parts design and production, automobile parts and accessories manufacturing, graphene material sales, and automobile decoration supplies sales. Equity penetration shown by Qi Cha Cha indicates that the company is indirectly wholly-owned by Huayu Automotive.
