Tang Shuo resigned as the Chief Operating Officer of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and took office as a member of the Construction Bank Party Committee.

On December 15th, Bank of Communications announced that Tang Shuo, due to work transfer reasons, had submitted a written report to the board of directors today, resigning from the position of director of business at Bank of Communications. Bank of Communications stated that Tang Shuo joined the bank in 2001 and served continuously for 24 years, holding positions such as President of the Beijing Branch, President of the Guangdong Branch, President and Vice President of the Jiangxi Branch, Vice President and Assistant President of the Beijing Branch, and Vice General Manager of the Company Organization Business Department at the Head Office. During his tenure, he was diligent, dedicated, and made significant contributions to the reform and development of Bank of Communications. The board of directors hereby expresses heartfelt thanks to Tang Shuo. It was learned from several industry insiders that Tang Shuo has recently taken up a new position at China Construction Bank and has been appointed as a member of the Party Committee.
