Chongqing Municipal Economic Information Commission took the lead in drafting the "Chongqing Municipality's Measures to Support the Cultivation and Development of Future Industries", and is now seeking opinions and suggestions from the public. The draft for public opinion proposes the construction of a sound industrial infrastructure. For projects such as the supporting construction of the aerospace information ground station network, operations control center, data center, low-altitude intelligent information infrastructure, etc., subsidies of up to 10 million yuan will be given based on the project investment amount not exceeding 20%. For the construction of operation-oriented infrastructure such as satellite Internet service platforms, space-time information comprehensive operation service platforms, and the development of core operating systems, subsidies of up to 5 million yuan will be given based on the project investment amount not exceeding 20%. Support will be provided for the construction of aircraft test flight bases at airports or low-altitude aircraft takeoff and landing sites that meet certain conditions, with a maximum subsidy of 3 million yuan per year to the municipal test flight base based on a certain percentage of the operating expenses. For newly established CRO platforms in the field of biomedicine, a maximum support of 10 million yuan will be given based on a certain percentage of the fixed investment amount; for service-oriented CRO platforms, a maximum reward of 5 million yuan will be given based on a certain percentage of the annual service income amount.
