Tianyancha's business information shows that recently, Beijing Jingao Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. was established with Jinbin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 300 million RMB. Its business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, energy storage technology services, manufacturing and sales of new energy power equipment. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Jingao Technology's subsidiary, Jingao Solar Energy Co., Ltd.
