Oracle bond trading is like junk bond trading, as the spread between their bonds and CDSs has skyrocketed.

After the company released quarterly financial report earlier this week, the losses further widened. According to analysis, investors who bought $18 billion worth of high-grade bonds issued by Oracle in September last year, now face a total book loss of approximately $1.35 billion. These bonds were issued as the company ramped up spending on its artificial intelligence projects.
