Changxin Technology announces that the company will acquire the remaining 43.8571% equity of its subsidiary Wuhu Changxin New Display Device Co., Ltd. held by other shareholders with its own funds totaling RMB 415 million. After the completion of this transaction, the company's direct ownership of Changxin New Display will increase from 42.8571% to 86.7142%.
