(hereinafter referred to as "Anhui Transport Holding Group"), together to increase the capital of its shareholding company Anhui Transport Control Information Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Control Information Industry" or "Target Company"). This capital increase will be subscribed by the company and Anhui Transport Holding Group with RMB 95 million each, corresponding to an increase of the target company's registered capital by RMB 60.63 million. The excess amount of the contribution exceeding the registered capital will be included in the target company's capital reserve. After this transaction is completed, the company's shareholding ratio will increase from 10% to 36.76%.
