Liu Haixing separately met with guests from Luxembourg and Portugal.

On December 12th, Liu Haixing, Minister of the International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee, met separately in Beijing with the President of the National Assembly of Luxembourg, Weisler, and the Secretary-General of the Social Democratic Party of Portugal, and the leader of the parliamentary group, Suarez, to exchange views on close inter-party exchanges, promoting pragmatic cooperation, and advancing bilateral relations.
