The company also received a written resignation report from non-executive director You Zheng on December 12, 2025. You Zheng resigned from the position of non-executive director of the fifth board of directors of the company due to work adjustments, and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. The board of directors agreed to nominate Yang Yanding as a candidate for non-executive director of the fifth board of directors of the company, with a term from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the term of office of the fifth board of directors.
