The Communist Party of China Hunan Provincial Committee has issued suggestions for formulating the fifteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Hunan Province. It proposes the implementation of landmark projects in advanced manufacturing industry. Continuously cultivate billion-dollar enterprises, support existing enterprises to expand and upgrade, build a number of world-class enterprises and specialized and innovative enterprises, and improve industry leadership. Continuously strengthen national advanced manufacturing clusters such as engineering machinery, rail transit equipment, medium and small aviation engines, new generation autonomous security computing systems, and ultra-high voltage power transmission and transformation equipment, build a strong gradient cultivation system, unleash the cluster collaborative multiplier effect, and increase the contribution of industrial clusters to economic growth.
