Siles: Adjusting internal investment structure and postponement

Sylus announcement, the company plans to adjust the internal investment structure of the "electrified vehicle development and product platform technology upgrade project" and "factory intelligent upgrade and electric drive production line construction project" in 2022, and postpone the scheduled to be fully functional date of the "customer center construction project" and "electrified vehicle development and product platform technology upgrade project" to December 2027.
