Ingka Shopping Center announced a strategic partnership with Gaohe Capital, and the two parties will establish a special real estate fund to jointly own the Wuxi Gathering, Beijing Gathering, and Wuhan Gathering three Gathering Experience Centers. This cooperation will take effect formally after obtaining approval from the relevant Chinese authorities. Under this new partnership model, Ingka Shopping Center will continue to hold the Gathering brand and will continue to exclusively manage and operate all Gathering Experience Centers under the Gathering brand. In addition, IKEA China will open and operate a new store in Wuxi Gathering; the existing property assets of the IKEA Wuxi Mall will be transformed into new lease space for Wuxi Gathering as part of the transaction.
