According to the app of Securities Times, on December 11, Xinzhoubang (300037.SZ) announced that in order to further promote the company's globalization development strategy, achieve localization of global resources supply, enhance international brand image, and improve comprehensive competitive strength in the global market, the company plans to issue overseas-listed foreign shares (H shares) and apply for listing on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. This issuance and listing still requires approval from the company's shareholders' meeting, as well as filing, approval, and/or authorization from relevant government agencies and regulatory authorities such as the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
