Sanfu Stock: Plans to increase capital to its controlling subsidiary by 280 million yuan.

Sanfu Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to increase the capital of its holding subsidiary Sanfu New Materials with its own funds of 280 million RMB. After the capital increase, the company will directly hold 95.74% of the equity of Sanfu New Materials, and through its holding subsidiary Sanfu Technology, control 4.10% of the equity of Sanfu New Materials. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Sanfu New Materials will be changed from 1 billion RMB to 1.28 billion RMB.
