Wisdom Financial News APP, Aeon (00984.HK) announced that on December 11, 2025, the company's non-wholly owned subsidiary Aeon Guangdong (as the lessee) entered into a lease agreement with the lessor (Zhuhai Huaxin Investment Development Co., Ltd.) to lease the premises, with a lease term of 15 years starting from the lease commencement date. Aeon Guangdong will lease the premises for operating its retail business. The premises are located on the basement level of Huafa Shopping Center, North side of Yingbinbei Road, East side of Mei Hua and South side of Yingbin Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China.
