Hai Rong Technology: Independent Director Dan Zhiming Resigns for Personal Reasons

On December 11, Hai Rong Technology announced that the independent director, Dan Zhiming, has resigned from his position as an independent director and various committee member roles in the fourth board of directors and will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries for personal reasons. Dan's resignation will result in the number of independent directors being less than one-third of the total board members, and his resignation will take effect after new independent directors are elected at the shareholder meeting. The board of directors has agreed to appoint Gan Wenhua as a candidate for independent director of the fourth board of directors, as well as a member of the nomination committee, audit committee, compensation and assessment committee, and strategic committee, with a term starting from the date of shareholder approval until the end of the fourth board of directors.
