Opening soon! The Yellow River Three Gorges Bridge has successfully completed its load test.

On December 5th, the key control project of the Jiyuan-Xinan Expressway the Yellow River Sanxia Bridge successfully completed the final load test data collection. This world's first single-tower ground anchor type cable-stayed bridge passed the inspection, indicating that the Jiyuan-Xinan Expressway is in the final sprint phase towards full opening. Once the bridge is completed and opened to traffic, the travel time between both banks will be reduced from two hours to twenty minutes. At the same time, once the Jinxin Expressway is completed, it will be connected to other expressways such as the XinYi, Hebao, and Lianhuo, further improving the highway network in Henan Province. This will be of great significance for integrating regional tourism resources and promoting economic development on both banks of the Yellow River.
