On December 5, the Chongqing Municipal Economic and Information Commission and the Chongqing Municipal Finance Bureau jointly issued the "Chongqing City's 2024-2025 Annual Incentive Policy for the Construction of Charging Infrastructure", providing corresponding financial support for the construction of public fast charging stations in rural areas, the construction of city-level charging and battery-swapping service platforms, and the creation of a promotional atmosphere. The highest subsidy amount is 3 million yuan. In terms of supporting the construction of city-level charging and battery-swapping service platforms, Chongqing City will support the construction and operation of city-level vehicle charging monitoring platforms and city-level charging and battery-swapping APP operation platforms, and encourage the continuous improvement of functions such as data collection, data analysis, safety supervision, information disclosure, and one-click finding of charging stations. For the main bodies responsible for the construction and operation of city-level vehicle charging monitoring platforms and city-level charging and battery-swapping APP operation platforms, the highest annual incentives of 3 million yuan and 500,000 yuan respectively will be given. This incentive policy will take effect from January 2024 and will expire on December 31, 2025.
