Qiming Star: China Electronics is currently not a strategic investor in the company.

On December 6th, Qiming Xingchen stated on the interactive platform that China Electronics Information Industry Group is not currently a strategic investor in Qiming Xingchen. In January 2024, the company issued new shares to specific entities and went public, with China Mobile officially becoming the actual controller through its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongyi Capital. The company became the specialized Internet security subsidiary of China Mobile, supporting the construction of China Mobile's Internet security capability internally and jointly expanding the Internet security market externally.
