Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High-Speed Railway connects the Taiyangte Bridge over the Taiping River with precise alignment and closure.
On December 6th, the Tangtaiyangte Grand Bridge, part of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High-speed Railway project constructed by China Railway Construction Corporation, successfully connected across the Tai Ping River, laying a solid foundation for the completion of the entire railway line. The Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High-speed Railway is one of the main trunk lines of the national "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed railway network, with a total length of approximately 2100 kilometers and a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour.
