In 2021, the remaining fundraising funds of 43.4578 million yuan in the account related to the issuance of stock to specific objects will be permanently supplemented to working capital, for use in production and operation activities related to the company and its controlling subsidiaries' main business. After the transfer of the remaining fundraising funds is completed, the company will cancel the corresponding fundraising account.
