From December 1st to December 5th, 2025, Bi Shuiyuan reduced a total of 785,200 shares of the company through centralized bidding trading, accounting for 1% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction price range was 23.00 - 29.00 yuan/share, with a total reduction amount of 20.8027 million yuan. After the reduction, Bi Shuiyuan's holding quantity decreased to 8.0296 million shares, and the shareholding ratio decreased to 10.23%.
