Bank of China: Mr. Cai Zhao appointed as the executive director of the bank.

Announcement of Bank of China: On October 16, 2025, Bank of China Limited held its third special shareholder meeting and elected Mr. Cai Zhao as the executive director of the bank. The bank has received approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for Mr. Cai Zhao's qualifications as a director. Starting from December 3, 2025, Mr. Cai Zhao will assume the position of executive director of the bank, and also serve as a member of the Bank's Board of Directors' Strategic Development Committee and Risk Policy Committee. Mr. Cai Zhao's term as executive director of the bank will be three years.
