Xinjiang New Energy (00451) subsidiary has signed two PV project PC agreements with Zhejiang Xinhong, involving a total investment of 23.54 million yuan.

Wisdom Finance and Economics APP news, Xinjiang New Energy (00451) announced that on December 5, 2025 (after the trading session), Wuhan Xinjing (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Zhejiang Xinhong (an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinjing Nengke) have entered into a PC agreement for a distributed photovoltaic project. According to the agreement, Wuhan Xinjing (as the contractor) will provide PC services to Zhejiang Xinhong (as the client) for the construction of a 7.137 MW distributed photovoltaic project in the Yangzhou High-tech Zone, Jiangsu Province, China. The total contract price is approximately RMB 16.42 million (including tax).
