Announcement from Enlighten Environment: The First Intermediate People's Court of Beijing has decided to initiate pre-reorganization proceedings for Sande Group Limited Company, and has appointed Beijing Deheng Law Firm as the temporary administrator during the pre-reorganization period. Previously, the court had also decided to initiate pre-reorganization proceedings for Beijing Sande Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd on April 23, 2024, and similarly appointed Beijing Deheng Law Firm as the temporary administrator. On November 26, 2025, the court ruled for the substantial merger and reorganization of Sande Group and seven other related enterprises, appointing Beijing Deheng Law Firm as the administrator, with Fan Liya in charge.
