Wisdom Finance APP News, Xingye Holdings (00132.HK) announced that on December 5, 2025, its subsidiary Guangdong Green Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (Green Leasing) entered into a financial leasing agreement with the lessee Fuyu City Seventh Heating Co., Ltd., for a consideration of 20 million yuan (equivalent to approximately 22.02 million Hong Kong dollars) to transfer ownership of the assets to the lessee. The leased assets will be subleased to the lessee for use and possession, with a term of 74 months.
