Lenovo announces the release of the WA8080a G5, which supports eight of the latest OAM2.0 GPUs.

On the afternoon of December 5th, Lenovo held the "2025 Lenovo Heterogeneous Intelligent Computing Industry Alliance Summit Forum and AI Computing Infrastructure New Product Launch Conference." At the conference, Lenovo officially released the Lenovo ThinkSystem WA8080a G5. It is reported that the new product supports eight of the latest OAM2.0 GPUs and can support up to 1000W per single cooling, liquid cooling exceeding 1000W, with an inter-node connection speed of up to 3.2Tb/s.
