Chongqing Water Affairs Announcement: The company's affiliated Chongqing Three Gorges Water Affairs Co., Ltd. Longxing Branch and Chongqing Haoyang Water Affairs Construction Management Co., Ltd. have separately acquired assets of the second phase expansion project of Fusheng Sewage Treatment Plant, the second phase expansion project of Wulong Sewage Treatment Plant, and the second phase expansion and upgrading project of Wansheng Nantong Sewage Treatment Plant, built by Chongqing Water Affairs Environmental Holdings Group Co., Ltd., along with related debts and credits, for a total of 255 million yuan.
