Shanghai Bank: Deputy President Chen Lei's qualifications for assuming office approved

Shanghai Bank announcement, recently, the company received the "Reply from the Shanghai Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on the Qualifications of Deputy President Chen Lei of Shanghai Bank Co., Ltd." (Hu Jin Fu [2025] No. 764), the Shanghai Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved Mr. Chen Lei's qualifications as Deputy President.
