According to the Securities Times app, on December 4, the head of the Treaties and Laws Division of the Ministry of Commerce answered questions from reporters regarding the EU's decision to terminate the WTO dispute case against China. The Ministry of Commerce stated that China has always believed that the initiation of the case by the EU was unfounded. Therefore, the EU's decision to terminate the case is the right choice. China has always strictly adhered to the rules of the WTO and will continue to firmly defend the rules-based multilateral trading system with practical actions.
