ST Langyuan Announcement: On October 30, 2025, the major shareholders Shang Long and Wang Guimei of Xinjiang signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Dongfang Xingzhi, intending to acquire a total of 68.3343 million shares of the company, accounting for 14.51% of the total share capital, through the transfer of 52.80 million shares held by Shang Long and 15.5343 million shares held by Ms. Wang Guimei. At the same time, Ms. Wang Guimei voluntarily, unconditionally, and irrevocably relinquishes the voting rights of the remaining 44.4187 million shares she holds after the completion of this share transfer. The transfer parties have jointly confirmed that the transfer has obtained the "Confirmation Letter of Stock Transfer Agreement of Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company" issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and received the "Confirmation of Stock Transfer Registration" issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd on December 4, 2025.
