Langjin Technology (300594.SZ) main shareholder Zhejiang Jingjian Investment plans to transfer up to 13.06% of its shares through agreement.

The Wise Finance and Economics APP reported that Langjin Technology (300594.SZ) announced that its shareholder Zhejiang Economic Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhejiang Integrated Construction Investment") intends to transfer no more than 12 million shares of the company, accounting for 13.06% of the total share capital, through public transfer by agreement.
