Bomin Electronics: Controlling shareholder Xu slowly pledges, Xie Xiaomei releases pledged company shares.

Bomin Electronics announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Xu Huan holds 72,041,919 shares of the company, accounting for 11.43% of the total share capital. In this pledge, 12,000,000 shares will be pledged, with a total of 27,000,000 shares pledged, accounting for 37.48% of the shares held and 4.28% of the total share capital. The pledge is used to repay the previous pledged loans. Xie Xiaomei holds 40,064,480 shares of the company, accounting for 6.36% of the total share capital. On December 4, 2025, 17,730,000 shares were released from pledge, accounting for 44.25% of the shares held and 2.81% of the total share capital. After the release of the pledge, there are no pledged shares. This pledge will not result in a change in the control of the company.
