Tianjin Capital Market Service Alliance established.

According to Tianjin Daily, on December 3, the Tianjin Capital Market Service Alliance was announced to be established in Tianjin Eco-City. The alliance aims to aggregate professional forces in the financial field to provide comprehensive services covering listing, financing, mergers and acquisitions for enterprises, especially technology-based enterprises and those with restructuring needs, further assisting Tianjin in building a more competitive modern industrial system. The alliance will focus on three core areas to build a comprehensive capital market service system and create a "strong engine" for the Tianjin capital market: first, creating a "one-stop service platform" focusing on key areas such as enterprise mergers and acquisitions, and issuance of science and technology innovation bonds, providing integrated and full-process financial services; second, carrying out series of activities under the theme "Finance Enters", penetrating into industrial parks such as Eco-City and key enterprises to promote precise connections and service empowerment, allowing financial resources to directly reach the forefront of innovation; third, promoting financial product innovation, designing financing tools tailored to the characteristics of technology enterprises, and supporting more local enterprises to enter the multi-level capital market.
