On December 3, the United States International Trade Commission announced that a 337 partial final ruling will be made on specific urine splash guards and their components. A partial review will be conducted on the initial ruling made by the administrative judge on September 17, 2025, taking into account the applicant's domestic industry status. Comments are being sought on the remaining parts of the ruling, and written materials must be submitted by December 19, 2025.
