According to Tsinghua University, the Institute of Intelligent Robotics and Robotics was officially established recently. Zhang Tao, director of the Department of Automation at Tsinghua University, was appointed as the director of the Institute of Intelligent Robotics and Robotics. The Institute of Intelligent Robotics and Robotics at Tsinghua University is affiliated with the Research Institute, jointly developed by the departments of automation, mechanical engineering, electronics, and computer science. The institute will focus on collaborative research with internal and external teams, aiming to achieve original innovation in the full-stack technology of "robust body + intelligent brain" from "0 to 1". Leveraging the industrial ecology resources in Beijing, it aims to build a hub for the full chain transformation of "technology research and development - pilot verification - scenario application" to accelerate the application of technological achievements.
