In the next ten days, there will be three cold air masses affecting our country. People in these areas should pay attention to preventing strong winds and frost damage from low temperatures.

This morning, the China Meteorological Administration held a news conference for December, introducing the weather and climate characteristics of China in November and the climate trend forecast for December. The weather forecast for the next 10 days predicts that three cold air masses will affect China, but overall the intensity is weak, precipitation is scarce, and temperatures are generally high. From the 3rd to the 4th, a cold wave will continue to affect the eastern regions of China, bringing 3-5 level northerly winds and a temperature drop of 4-8 degrees Celsius. Afterwards, temperatures will gradually rise. The other two cold air masses will appear around the 6th to 8th and around the 11th. In terms of temperature trends for December: the northeast, central northern parts of China, eastern Inner Mongolia, and northern Xinjiang will have temperatures lower than normal for the same period, with the northern parts of Heilongjiang and northeastern Inner Mongolia being 1-2 degrees Celsius lower. The rest of China will have temperatures close to normal to slightly higher, with regions like southern North China, central northern parts of Central China, northern and eastern parts of Southwest China, southern parts of Northwest China, and eastern Tibet being 1-2 degrees Celsius higher.
