The operation and maintenance efficiency has increased by over 60%, energy consumption has decreased by more than 15%, the first open-source Hongmeng smart water benchmark in the country has been implemented in Shenzhen.
On December 2nd, the "Open Source Hongmeng Smart Water Benchmark Case Visit Activity" started in Shenzhen. Journalists visited the smart water sample point created by Hualong Xunda in partnership with ecological partners, witnessing the injection of new energy into the traditional industrial field with domestic "core + soul". Hualong Xunda General Manager Long Xiaoang demonstrated the powerful capabilities of the "Hualongong Hong" operating system on site. "With just one Hongmeng terminal, you can simultaneously control four robots and schedule 512 motion control test beds; we have implemented five-screen collaboration, which previously required 200 people to complete, now only requires 50 people," Long Xiaoang said. Long Xiaoang said, "Hualongong Hong" full stack uses domestically-made chips and operating systems, supporting independent HMI, SCADA software, providing a "Chinese solution" for industrial control systems to achieve true security and controllability. "All devices follow the same protocol, communication costs are greatly reduced, and system stability and response speed are significantly improved," Zhou Xingwen said. It is estimated that the post-transformation operation and maintenance efficiency has increased by over 60%, and energy consumption has decreased by more than 15%.
