Zhijing Financial APP News, Weiling shares (002667.SZ) announced that on November 28, 2025, Shanghai Lingyi and Ms. Wen Ping signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Tibet Shannan Antimony Gold Resources Co., Ltd., Shanghai Lingyi and Wen Ping intend to transfer 17,425,340 shares of non-restricted circulating shares (6.69% of the total share capital) and 2,808,444 shares of non-restricted circulating shares (1.08% of the total share capital) of the company through the agreement. The transfer price of the shares this time is 15.21 yuan per share, and the total transaction price for the share transfer is RMB 308 million. After the completion of this agreement transfer, Tibet Shannan Antimony Gold Resources Co., Ltd. will become the company's largest shareholder.
