In the announcement of Medikai, it is planned to issue A shares to specific objects in 2025 with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 700 million RMB. The net amount after deducting issuance expenses is intended to be invested in the MEMS device optical system manufacturing project, semiconductor process bonding prism industrialization project, and supplementary working capital. The number of shares issued this time shall not exceed 123 million shares, and the issuance price shall not be lower than 80% of the average trading price of the company's stock for the twenty trading days before the pricing base date.
