Shudao Equipment as LP has committed to subscribe 1 billion yuan, accounting for 50.00%; Shudao Equity Fund Company as LP has committed to subscribe 998 million yuan, accounting for 49.90%; Shudao Production and Integration Management Company as GP has committed to subscribe 2 million yuan, accounting for 0.10%.
