Ningbo Fubon announcement: It is planned to transfer the 2.5% equity stake held in Ningbo Zhonghua Paper Industry Co., Ltd. to Jinguang Paper Industry Investment Co., Ltd. at a price of 370 million yuan. This transaction still needs to be approved by the company's shareholders' meeting. After the completion of the transaction, the company will no longer hold any equity stake in Zhonghua Paper Industry.
