Peskov: Attack on facilities of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium was carried out by Ukrainian drones.

On December 1st local time, Russian presidential press secretary Peskov stated that the recent attacks on the infrastructure of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium near the Novorossiysk port in the Krasnodar region of Russia, as well as the attack on a Black Sea tanker, were "extremely heinous" events. Peskov said that the Kremlin believes the attacks on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium facilities were carried out by Ukrainian drones. The Kremlin is not yet aware if an investigation into the attacks on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium facilities has been initiated. Peskov also mentioned that the impact of the dismissal of the former head of the Ukrainian president's office, Yermak, on the progress of Russia-Ukraine negotiations remains to be seen in the actual developments.
