Lai'er Technology announced that in order to meet the business development of its holding subsidiary in Henan, Lai'er, and expand the production capacity of new energy graphite foil, the company and Shenhuo New Materials will increase their capital in proportion to their original shareholding. Henan Lai'er plans to increase its registered capital by 50 million yuan, with the company contributing 40 million yuan in cash from its own funds and Shenhuo New Materials contributing 10 million yuan. After the capital increase, the company will still hold 80% of the shares, and the scope of consolidation will remain unchanged. From January to September 2025, the company's revenue from new energy graphite foil business increased by 479.15% year-on-year. This capital increase will help Henan Lai'er break through the production capacity bottleneck.
