Xin Jie has resigned as the legal representative and has been replaced by Huang Liping. At the same time, Huang Liping has been moved from the position of general manager to manager. The company was established in July 1998 with a registered capital of approximately 46.68 billion RMB. Its business scope includes construction, operation, development, and comprehensive utilization of metro and light rail transit projects. It is wholly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government.
