HC TECH GP (01116): Yiu Kuen Tai to resign as Chief Executive Officer
HC TECH GP (01116) announced that Mr. Yiu Kuen Tai (Mr. Tai) has resigned as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company (the Resignation) to devote more time to his personal and other commitments, with his last working day being December 31, 2026. Following the effective date of the Resignation, Mr. Tai will no longer hold any position in the Group.
